Install Goldie May

Goldie May is free to use, with optional subscriptions for additional features.

  1. Open your computer (not phone or tablet)
  2. Open Chrome, Firefox, or a similar browser that supports extensions (not Safari at the moment)
  3. Visit goldiemay.com and click "Install"
  4. Click the blue "Add to Chrome" button (or similar)
  5. Click the jigsaw puzzle icon at the top right and look for Goldie May
  6. Click the pushpin to pin it to your toolbar
  7. In your toolbar, click the black-and-white letter 'g' icon to turn it ON: black-and-gold letter 'g'
  8. The Goldie May window will appear
  9. Sign in with your FamilySearch account
  10. If you purchased a subscription and don't see it in the app, enter your invoice or receipt number in your account to connect it.
